Conductors are a type of Agents "executing" verified operations on destination blockchains. An operation is deemed "verified" when consensus of Transmitters is validated on the Controller.
Conductors contribute to the security of Zether by conducting additional verification on data, illustrated in the diagram below:
Conductors only have two options:
"Execute" message
"Abort" message
The diagram outlines a process with four primary steps involving Conductors:
The Controller confirms the achievement of consensus among Transmitters.
Upon successful verification, it instructs the Conductor to finalize the operation.
(3 & 4) The Conductor validates the verified data against the original source.
If successful, the Conductor initiates the operation, sending data to the designated Circuit.
