In a decentralized finance landscape fragmented by isolated operations of DEXs, Lending, and Derivative protocols, Liquid Vaults emerge as a solution, eliminating capital inefficiencies and unleashing a new realm of DeFi strategies. Liquid Vaults enhance liquidity by expanding the utility of yield-bearing assets, facilitated through 1:1 Asset Backed Liquid Staking Derivatives (LSDs) supported by Zether Data Feeds. Use cases include Lending & Borrowing and Derivatives Protocols, where users can leverage Liquid Vaults as collateral to borrow assets or augment yield. A real-time implementation is explored in the concluding part of this section.
